Returns

Oh dear. Trust me, it is as disheartening to me as it is to you that you can't have your dUCks for keeps! We accept returns within 30 days upon order receival for a full refund or an exchange.

Final sale, personalised, and voucher
  • Items bought during sale or with vouchers cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. 
  • Personalised dUCks that have been made specially for you, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Beauty products are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Essentials such as face masks, masks accessories, sanitisers and wipes are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Innerwears such as scarf inners or undercaps are not returnable.
  • Due to the nature of some items, we will not be able to accept returns unless item is incorrect, damaged or faulty when delivered to you. Let us know at info@getducked.com so we can sort it out the soonest for you.

Fair Use Policy

  • We reserve the right to monitor and suspend any accounts with suspicious return activity. 
  • If item is ineligible for return and conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and sent back to sender. 
  • We reserve the right to reject any returns and refunds even with met conditions.
Your checklist for Returns and Exchanges
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. You can visit our stores to return your item(s).
  • You can only exchange your item(s) once.
  • Original conditions and all tags intact.
  • Original packaging is included.
  • The item is not in the non-returnable category.
How to return via Mail

STEP 1: FILL IN REQUEST RETURN
Login to your account and locate order number in My Account and click Request Return.

STEP 2: PREPARE YOUR RETURN
Repack item in its original packaging - don't forget any dust bags, ribbons or tissues.

STEP 3: MAIL YOUR PARCEL
Kindly declare the items as returns/defects for customs purposes and mail it to:

STEP 4: EMAIL YOUR POSTAGE RECEIPT
The tracking number and details can be found on the receipt, so email a copy to info@getducked.com for us to keep an eye out for your parcel.

How to return via Drop-off

STEP 1: FILL IN REQUEST RETURN
Login to your account and locate order number in My Account and click Request Return.

STEP 2: PREPARE YOUR RETURN
Repack item in its original packaging - don't forget any dust bags, ribbons or tissues.

STEP 3: LOCATE THE NEAREST DROP-OFF POINT
You may drop the item at any dUCk Stores or third-party hubs such as PostCo (Malaysia only) or StoreHuat (Singapore only).

STEP 4: EMAIL YOUR POSTAGE/RETURN RECEIPT
If you opt to drop-off at third-party hubs, email a copy of the receipt to info@getducked.com for us to keep an eye out for your parcel.

Refunds
  • Once parcel has reached us, it will take us 1-3 working days to process your return request. 
  • If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.
  • All returns and exchanges will be refunded via your original payment method or banking transfer.
  • Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Any usage of reward points will be non-refundable once item is returned.

Faulty items
If item is incorrect, damaged or faulty when delivered to you, we’ll arrange a return and figure out a solution with you. Write to us at info@getducked.com as soon as you can.
